For question #2, explain how your new post successfully addresses the three main objectives of Plain English writing as discussed in class. Provide a detailed breakdown of each objective. (9 Marks)

To begin, I made sure that my introduction post was written shorter and more concisely conveyed information than my last post. To do this, I would rewrite or reword information with the hopes of shortening the word could to explain the same information (Briscoe, Plain Language Writing (W25).pdf, Slide 39 & 53). With that having been done, the 3 main objectives of Plain English writing are now more accessible than before. With shorter and more concisely explained sentences, readers should now be able to effectively find the information they need from my introduction post, digest and understand the written information, and hopefully allow them to use the information to fulfill whatever their purpose is (Briscoe, Plain Language Writing (W25).pdf, Slide 18).
